Precise, Stable Motion
MA22 uses a Core-XY motion system carried on a braced triangular frame. The arrangement stays rigid and resists flex under load, which matters on jobs that run for hours without stopping.
MA22 puts a Core-XY motion system and a dual-gear metal extruder on the same 200 x 180 mm infinite Z-axis belt platform, with touchscreen control and Wi-Fi printing for unattended batch production.

The dual-gear metal extruder pushes filament harder and holds it more securely, and it accepts large spools. Paired with the 45 degree head angle, it prints continuously along a horizontal Z axis.
The conveyor belt acts as the Z axis, so a job is not capped by the usual build height. Long single pieces and back-to-back batches keep coming off the machine without stopping to clear the plate.
MALYAN's own belt is softer and more wear resistant than the canvas belts commonly used elsewhere. Filament grips it more evenly, which improves first-layer adhesion and leaves a smoother finish.
A filament sensor pauses the print when the spool runs out and picks it up again once new filament is fed in. The printer also resumes from where it stopped after a power cut or an accidental shutdown.
MA22 is driven from a touchscreen running updated firmware, with larger icons and clearer prompts throughout, so the machine stays approachable without getting in the way of an experienced operator.
